The Setting Leadership Priorities Workshop helps leaders in any profession improve their effectiveness and productivity, and lead their teams to do the same, by maximizing their time, recognizing and focusing on their highest payoff activities, avoiding distractions, and planning effectively.

    1. Recognize that leaders who set the example in priorities and time management influence productivity across their entire organization

    2. Understand the primary impediments to leader time management effectiveness

    3. Learn the key strategies that enable:

            - An increase in personal productivity of 15 to 20%

            - The saving of 2 to 3 hours per day to allocate to what’s most important

            - Achieving goals and meeting all commitments

            - The creation of greater balance that will reduce stress and contribute to a

              motivational climate
